This brand new AC Industries Wide 5 Front Disc Brake Kit for a T-2 Bus, 1964-1967, is now available from So. Cal. Imports! This kit was two years in the making and it shows in the quality of the parts and the ease of installation. All parts bolt right onto the stock spindles. For the first time ever available, the kit includes one piece cast, true vented rotors in a 5 x 205mm factory wheel lug pattern. The rotor does not change the factory offset. Where your tire & wheel sets with a factory drum is where it will remain with this kit.

This will work with original 14″ steel wheels and most 15″ aftermarket aluminum wheels. We have found that this kit will not work with the factory Bus 15″ steel wheels that are known as “crows foot” wheels made approximately from 1961 to 1963, due to clearance issues between the caliper and inner wheel shape.

This kit includes:
• (2) front vented rotors
• (2) ambidextrous calipers
• (1) set of premium semi-metallic brake pads (Part#: D696)

• (2) stainless steel DOT approved front brake hoses
• (1) dual circuit master cylinder
• (1) brake fluid reservoir

• 14mm wheel studs and ball seat lug nuts

The AC Industries kit is designed to be installed with basic hand tools and can be installed in about three hours with good mechanical skills.

NOTE: On the 1964-1966 Bus, this kit will upgrade it to a dual circuit master cylinder (included in the kit). In doing so, you will need to modify the front splash pan to clear the longer master cylinder.
