The Hardened Valve Lash Caps install over the top of the valve stem and help protect the top of the valve stem from damage under high stress and loads. Lash caps are highly recommended when installing Stainless Steel Valves and are usually required when installing 1.4:1 Ratio Rockers. The Lash Caps fit 8mm diameter valve stems and are sold as a set of 8 pieces.
